Tolkin made his senior United States National Team debut on January 28 against Colombia, starting and playing 81 minutes. He made the roster for the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup and played in the United States first match against Jamaica. Tolkin has been called into three U.S. U-23 Olympic Men's camps.
