Hot To Travel with U.S. U-20 Squad

Red Bulls defender Sacir Hot was one of 20 players called into the United States’ Under-20 National Team for a camp and two friendlies in Vichy, France. The team will be in France from May 15-20 and will play two matches against the French Under-20 National Team on May 17 and 19.

A former New York Red Bulls Academy player, Hot signed with the Red Bulls on January 31, 2011 under Major League Soccer’s Home Grown Player rule. He has appeared once with the United States Under-20 National Team, coming on a as a substitute in the U-20’s Milk Cup final victory over Northern Ireland on July 30, 2010. He has yet to appear for the first team Red Bulls, but has played for the Reserve Team.

New York legend Tab Ramos will coach the team on an interim basis for the camp and two friendlies. Here is the full roster:
