Red Bull Salzburg
A 2-2 draw with SV Josko Ried has eliminated the Red Bulls from the title race. Salzburg twice took the lead but Ried managed to equalize on both occasions to hold Salzburg to only one point, the last coming on an own goal just six minutes from the final whistle.
The Red Bulls (16-7-12) have yet to face FK Austria Wien, which stands two points ahead of Salzburg and one behind leading SK Sturm Graz, which holds the tiebreaker over Salzburg should it come into play. The Red Bulls can still play spoiler to Wien’s hopes for the title and can finish no worse than third after drawing with Ried. They will travel to Vienna on May 25 to finish the season.
The Red Bulls fell by only a single goal to title-clinching Chemnitzer FC in an evenly controlled match. Leipzig will host fifteenth-place TSV Havelse on May 28 in the final match of the season, but has already clinched fourth place.
Behind goals from Stefan Kutschke and Daniel Frahn, Leipzig defeated SG Dynamo Dresden, 2-1, at Red Bull Arena in the semi-final of the Saxon Landespokal to advance to the final, which will be held at Red Bull Arena on June 1. Leipzig will meet League Champion Chemnitzer FC for an automatic spot in next year's German Cup.

With the senior team recently having begun the preseason to prepare for the Copa Paulista and working out players’ contract status, the U-20 squad drew with São José in the second round of the São Paulo Championship on a goal from Reinaldo and will host Portuguesa on Friday, May 27. The team stands tied for fourth place in the group table.
Meanwhile, the U-15 and U-17 sides’ unbeaten records were snapped by still-unbeaten Corinthians, which triumphed 0-4 over the U-15s and 0-1 against the U-17s. The Red Bulls are still settled into second place in both age groups, with the U-17s five points clear of third and the U-17s eight clear.
