Match Photos: New York vs. New England

It was a gritty, hard-earned, blue-collar win for the Red Bulls Saturday evening as they defeated the New England Revolution 1-0 at Red Bull Arena (Recap | Watch: Henry's Goal). The win keeps New York perfect at home, as they improved to 3-0-1 at the "fortress" this season. The lone goal scorer was Thierry Henry, who put the Red Bulls up 1-0 in the seventh minute after sending home a feed from rookie defender Connor Lade. The goal was Henry's league-leading ninth on the season and Lade's first-career MLS assist. That wasn't the only first of the match though, as the Red Bulls defense hunkered down and helped secure Ryan Meara his first career shutout as well. The Red Bulls are back in action Sat., May 5, when they travel out west to take on the LA Galaxy for an 8pm ET kick-off on ESPN. The team returns home May 9 to host the Houston Dynamo in the first of three meetings this season. Get your tickets at Red Bulls Ticket Central or by calling 877.RB.SOCCER.
