Top Drawer Soccer Ranks Red Bulls Academy Products

(Edited post-publication to reflect additional prospect) Five Red Bulls Academy products make the cut in a recent list of the Top 150 Boys Club Soccer Players to watch according to First on the list, at the very first spot, is South Orange, NJ native and forward Wesley Wade. Midfielder Orestis Sousonis is next at No. 19 on the list. Right behind him at the 20 spot is forward Malcolm Dixon, a player who has been highlighted many times in Chris Celletti's weekly Academy Updates throughout the season (here's the most recent Academy Update, and here's one that makes mention of Dixon's play). At No. 30 is Rye, NY native and Red Bulls forward Stephen Elias, who also ranks fourth regionally and 11th overall by position, based on his profile. New York City native and Red Bulls Academy forward Gideon Metrikin rounds out New York's presence on the list, holding down the No. 62 spot on the list.
