Red Bulls Announce Partnership with National Soccer Coaches Association of America

HARRISON, NJ (June 28, 2012) – The New York Red Bulls announced today a partnership between the Red Bulls Academy and the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). Through the partnership, the Red Bulls Training Programs will operate NSCAA Coaching Academy courses throughout the New York and New Jersey soccer communities.


“The NSCAA is at the forefront of coaching education” David Jervis, Director of Training Programs for the New York Red Bulls Academy said.  “This new partnership will provide soccer coaches at all levels with an opportunity to develop their coaching skills at easily accessible community locations.”


The Red Bulls will conduct a series of coaching courses that will be strategically set up in tandem with various local youth soccer partners. Each year, a special topics workshop will also be hosted in conjunction with a Red Bulls home match. Through the new partnership, the Red Bulls aim to broaden their support and development of youth coaches within the grassroots.
