To make sure you get your Red Bulls fix over the holiday season and to properly appreciate 2013, NewYorkRedBulls.com sat down with Red Bulls Sporting Director Andy Roxburgh for a two-part interview discussing the 2013 season.
While the Red Bulls' Supporters' Shield championship ensured the season would go down as one of the most memorable in club history, the trophy was just one of several elements that left Roxburgh encouraged ahead of 2014.
In Part 1 of the interview, Roxburgh cites the team's desire to be "humble, hard-working, and professional," praises the atmosphere created by the Red Bulls supporters, and praises Mike Petke for showing that "he was willing to stand up and be counted" and earning the trust of his players.
