INSIDE THE 18: Omir Fernandez Sticks in Starting XI -

Omir Fernandez is back in the Starting XI following his first goal of the season last match.

Fernandez is joined by Kaku, Danny Royer and Tom Barlow in the attack at Red Bull Arena.

New York remains as one of the top MLS teams when playing at home, owning the best home record in MLS, with the most home wins and points, since Red Bull Arena opened in 2010.

Royer returns to the Starting XI following a match off.

Marc Rzatkowski and Sean Davis will hold down the midfield, while Kyle Duncan, Aaron Long, Sean Nealis and Jason Pendant make up the back line.

Nealis is getting his first start of the season with Tim Parker serving a red card suspension.

Ryan Meara is back in goal for the Red Bulls.

Four of Meara’s five career MLS shutouts have come at RBA as he owns a 6-0-3 mark at home in regular-season matches with a 0.89 goals-against average.

On the bench, Head Coach Chris Armas will have Amro Tarek, Jared Stroud, Dru Yearwood, Ben Mines, Florian Valot, Cristian Casseres Jr., Mathias Jørgensen and Mandela Egbo available. David Jensen will serve as the backup goalkeeper.

Yearwood makes his first matchday roster since joining the team. Samuel Tetteh continues to work to match fitness.

Coverage on MSG begins at 7 p.m. ET with the Red Bulls Pregame show. Steve Cangialosi will have the primary play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Shep Messing and Michelle Gingras.
