Red Bull Arena is committed to hosting world-class events with the primary goal of keeping all of our fans, community, players and employees safe. We have been working closely with Major League Soccer, the State of New Jersey, local health authorities and our own medical experts to prepare for the greatest fans in sports to return to Red Bull Arena.

To facilitate a smooth return for you, we have gathered answers to some Frequently Asked Questions to help you prepare. Please note our policies are subject to change as may be required by the State of New Jersey and/or Major League Soccer, so be sure to check back on this Web page and to closely monitor all ticketing communications for the most current guidance.

Preparing / Arriving

Am I required to have a negative COVID-19 test result before arriving?

Guests are not required to produce a negative COVID-19 test result before arriving. Affirmative acceptance of the New York Red Bulls 2021 Ticket Policy inclusive of the Major League Soccer Health Promise, as well as submission to a temperature check will be required as part of the arena health and safety entry procedures.

Am I required to wear a face mask at Red Bull Arena?

Yes. All guests at Red Bull Arena must wear an FDA-approved face mask correctly (covering the nose to the chin) at all times, with the exception being when consuming food and beverage at your seats. Neck gaiters are not considered an FDA-approved face mask, and guests wearing one will not be permitted into the arena.

How do I get to Red Bull Arena?

Red Bull Arena is located at 600 Cape May Street in Harrison, New Jersey and is accessible by public transportation. Visit our Transportation Hub for more information on how to get to the arena. Please note that the pre-game and post-game shuttle between Red Bull Arena and Newark-Penn will not be running.

Where should I park?

There are various public parking options within the Harrison and Newark areas. Visit our Transportation Hub for more information on where to park.

What time should I arrive at Red Bull Arena?

Gates will open at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the match for General Admission. In an effort to reduce crowding on ingress, we are encouraging guests to stagger arrival times based on the following:

  • Guests seated in sections ending in odd numbers should plan to arrive 30-60 minutes prior to the announced kickoff time.
  • Guests seated in sections ending in even numbers should plan to arrive 15-45 minutes prior to the announced kickoff time.

What entrance should I use?

Guests are encouraged to enter the arena through the gate closest to their section. See the map below for suggested gate entry. This gate will also be listed on your ticket.

Can I bring a bag?

Only bags under 4”x7” will be permitted into Red Bull Arena. Medical and Baby Bags are an exception but will be subject to an X-Ray search.

Can I bring my own food?

Outside food or beverage is not permitted into the arena at this time.

Is the BULLevard open?

The BULLevard is not currently open. However, we will be offering a Virtual BULLevard experience for fans. Go HERE to play and complete your scorecard to be entered to win prizes!

Is the Biergarten open?

The Biergarten will not be open during limited capacity matches.

Ticketing Information

How can I purchase tickets?

If available, single match tickets for limited capacity games will go on sale on Ticketmaster two (2) weeks before the scheduled match. If you would like to be notified when they become available, sign up for our Single Match Ticket Priority List. Red Members will receive priority to attend matches in limited capacity scenarios. Are seats physically distanced from each other?

Yes, seats are grouped together in 2-4 seat pods so that fans who purchased tickets together may sit together. Each pod is physically distanced with a 6-foot radius from each other.

Are ADA seats/accommodations available?

How do I access my tickets?

Red Bull Arena is a mobile-only ticket facility. Please download the New York Red Bulls app to access your tickets through the Manage My Tickets tile.

Can I add my tickets to my phone’s wallet?

Yes! It is recommended that you add your ticket(s) to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay* so that you can easily enter using Tap & Go Mobile all season, which lessens the need to rely on Wi-Fi and data to enter the arena. Download the New York Red Bulls App to access your tickets and add to your phone’s wallet.

*Tap & Go Mobile tickets are currently available for iPhone users only. All Android users should continue to add tickets to their Google Pay and scan tickets as normal.

What is Tap & Go Mobile entry?

Scanning your ticket will be a breeze in 2021 with Tap & Go technology. Add your ticket to your Apple Wallet* before you arrive, so all you have to do is tap your phone and you’re in!

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes. You can transfer tickets to friends and family through the New York Red Bulls app by selecting MANAGE MY TICKETS. Unless you plan to transfer your entire block of tickets, please be sure that any tickets you transfer are sent to family with whom you have been sheltering, or other trusted acquaintances that you are comfortable sitting alongside. Please note that the transferee will need to accept our ticketing policies inclusive of the MLS health promise before the tickets are effectively transferred.

Can I resell my tickets?

Yes. You can resell your tickets through the New York Red Bulls app by selecting MANAGE MY TICKETS and selecting “Sell” for the desired tickets on TM+. Due to social distancing guidelines, selling tickets in a full block is required.

Can I print my tickets at home?

All tickets to matches at Red Bull Arena are mobile-only and can be accessed through the New York Red Bulls app. If you do not have a smartphone, please call us at 1.877.727.6223

Arena Information

What safety protocols are in place at the arena?

We have implemented a number a safety protocols and procedures to keep all our guests safe. Please visit our Health and Safety page to learn more.

Is Red Bull Arena a cashless venue?

Yes, Red Bull Arena has moved to being a cashless venue in order to safely welcome fans back and also increase concession line efficiency. Debit or credit cards, pre-paid credit cards, Member eCash, Google Pay and Apple Pay are all accepted. Mobile-ordering is the recommended option for concessions and will be available through the New York Red Bulls app.

Will concessions be open?

A limited number of concessions will be open during limited capacity matches. Mobile-ordering and touchless mobile payments for concessions will be available through the New York Red Bulls app. We recommend visiting or ordering from the concession stand(s) closest to your section to reduce crowding on the concourse. See the map below to view closest open concessions stands. In addition to the list below, there will be numerous portable concessions set up around the Arena.

Can I order concessions from my mobile device?

Yes! Mobile-ordering is the recommended option for concessions and will be available through the New York Red Bulls app.

Will the BULLShop be open?

Yes. Please note that during limited capacity matches, capacity for in-person shopping at the BULLShop will also be limited.

Where can I eat or drink?

Please consume all food and beverage at your seats unless you have access to the Audi Club.

Will Bulls’ Corner be open?

Due to social distancing concerns, we will not have Bulls’ Corner open for limited capacity matches at the current time.

Is there WiFi at the arena?

Yes. Guests can use the -RBA FREE WIFI- network.

Are standing-room areas available (Heineken Deck and Blue Point Dock)?

Standing-room areas will not be available for limited capacity matches. Please remain in your seats whenever you are not travelling to the restrooms, concessions, and on ingress/egress.

Is the Sensory Room available?

The Sensory Room will not be available during limited capacity matches. Please contact Fan Services at 1.877.727.6223 if you are in need of other accommodations or visit Guest Services on matchday.
