OFFICIAL RULES
These official rules (“Official Rules”) apply to this Sweepstakes (as defined below). The New York Red Bulls General Sweepstakes Rules and Standard Terms and Condition (“General Rules”), as set forth in Attachment A, are hereby incorporated by reference and apply to this Sweepstakes. If there is a conflict between the Official Rules and the General Rules, the Official Rules shall control.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE A PARTICIPATING SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Basic Sweepstakes Information

Promotion Periods
Each match outlined below shall be referred to individually as the Promotion Period (the “Promotion Period”) and shall be referred to collectively as the promotion periods (the “Promotion Periods”)
One winner will be selected at the end of each month, and the final winner will be pulled at the end of the October Promotion Period on October 19, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EDT. The seven (7) promotion periods will occur during the following New York Red Bulls regular season home matches played at Red Bull Arena.

Eligibility
Age
Must be 18 years or older. The Sweepstakes winner will be required to provide proof of name, age and address.
Residency
Must be a U.S resident residing within a seventy-five (75) mile radius of Red Bull Arena, located at 600 Cape May Street, Harrison, New Jersey 07029.
SSN/TIN
Must have valid social security or tax identification number and proof of residency.

Employees or agents of Red Bull New York, Inc., Red Bull Arena, Inc., RBNY Academy, Inc., Red Bull North America, Inc., and Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”), Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”), Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”), and Player Development, LLC (“PDEV” and together with MLS, SUM, MLSNP, collectively, the “MLS Entities”) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “<strong>Sponsor Affiliates</strong>”), and employees, agents, directors, officers (including members of their immediate family – i.e., spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren – or those living in the same household) of Sponsor or any Sponsor Affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
To Enter:
Please complete the following steps during the applicable Promotion Period:
- Entrants can scan a QR code that is located on the Bullevard at the sales tent during RBNY home matches; and
- This will take them to an online entry form, where they will be prompted to fill in contact information.
Upon completing the above steps 1–2 entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes to win the prize for that month.
OR
Fans may complete an entry form with a fan services representative outside of Box Office B of Red Bull Arena at the BULLevard or up the stairs at the Horizon Gate two (2) hours before match kickoff through thirty (30) minutes after match conclusion during each of the New York Red Bulls home matches identified in the Promotion Periods.
Entry Limits
Only one entry per person during each month of the Promotion Periods will be allowed. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same individual only the first entry will be accepted. For the avoidance of doubt any month containing multiple Promotion Period match days will only allow one entry for the month.
Prize and Prize Value
One (1) winner will be selected at the end of each month for the duration of the Promotion Periods for a total of seven (7) winners. The winner will receive the item below that corresponds with the Promotion Period they were selected for (the “Prize”).
April: One (1) Authentic Legacy Jersey. (Retail value $160.00)
May: One (1) Authentic Team Signed Daniel Patrick Jersey. (Retail Value $200.00)
June: Two (2) Managers Box Seat tickets for 7/17 match (Retail Value $689.00/ea.)
July: One (1) Invite to Meet the Team Event (Retail Value $0.00)
August: One (1) - 2025 Red Membership in Upper Corners (Retail Value $531.00)
September: Two (2) Managers Box Seat Tickets for 10/19 match (Retail Value $716.00/ea.)
October One: (1) Team Signed MLS Match Ball (Retail Value $200.00)
Approximate retail value of all Sweepstakes’ Prizes is $3,901.00. Federal, state, or local taxes on the Prize, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of the potential Sweepstakes winner.
TRANSPORTATION AND LODGING ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Winner Selection Method and Odds
RBNY will conduct a random drawing at the end of each month during the Promotion Periods among all eligible entries received. RBNY will select one (1) winner at the end of each month during the seven (7) month Promotion Period.

Winner Notification Method
Winners will be notified of their selection via email on the first business day following the end of each month of the Promotion Period.
The winner will not be announced publicly. Additional details will be provided by RBNY regarding the process of claiming the Prize.
Winner List
Seven (7) winners will be announced as set forth above. For a list of the Prize Winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: NEW YORK RED BULLS 2024 Matchday Giveaway Sweepstakes Winners’ list, 600 Cape May Street, Harrison, NJ 07029. Winner’s list requests must be received by January 1, 2025.

GENERAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES/ STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These general sweepstakes rules/standard terms and conditions (“General Rules”) apply to all sweepstakes (each, a “Sweepstakes”) that are conducted by OANDA Corporation (“Sponsor”). Each Sweepstakes may have its own specific rules which will be set forth in the official rules for that Sweepstakes (each, an “Official Rules”). The Official Rules will be posted on the applicable website. If there is a conflict between the Official Rules for a Sweepstakes and these General Rules, the Official Rules shall control.
TIME: Unless otherwise specified, the time of eligibility shall be determined by Sponsor’s timekeeping systems, and Sponsor may also rely on the time processing functions of any eligible Social Media platforms (“Social Media Sites”). Sponsor shall have the sole discretion in determining the timeliness of any action or inaction related to the Sweepstakes (as defined in the Official Rules).
ENTRY: Unless otherwise specified, one (1) entry per person during each Promotion Period (as defined in the Official Rules). Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected entries or entries not received regardless of cause. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been directly submitted by the authorized account holder of the Social Media Site account used to enter the Sweepstakes. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to the account by the relevant Social Media Site responsible for assigning those accounts. By submitting an entry and/or participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants unconditionally agree to be bound by the Official Rules, General Rules, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as set forth below, the applicable privacy policy of the respective Social Media Site used to enter the Sweepstakes and the applicable terms or service of the respective Social Media site used to enter the Sweepstakes.
WINNER SELECTION: Unless otherwise specified, odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received and/or the relative performance of each participants entry. The potential prize winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these General Rules and the Official Rules.
PRIZE: Unless otherwise specified, event tickets, coupons, and vouchers given as part of any prize are subject to additional terms and conditions found on the back thereof or provided in electronic format where relevant. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, TRANSPORTATION AND LODGING ARE NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF ANY PRIZE.
All prizes are awarded “AS IS.” Neither Sponsor nor Sponsor Affiliates make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes consist only of the item(s) listed in the Official Rules and are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will determine all prize details (event, brand, model, size, etc.) in its sole discretion. Federal, state, or local taxes on prizes, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of the potential Sweepstakes winner.
Should ticket(s) be awarded as part of any prize, no refund or compensation will be paid in the event of the cancellation or delay of any portion of the ticket prize (“Event”), or any portion thereof. Neither Sponsor nor Red Bull New York, Inc., will be liable if the Event, or any portion of it, is cancelled or delayed. Sponsor and/or Red Bull New York, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, attempt to reschedule for a future trip/event. Event tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. The terms and conditions of the Event tickets may govern if the Event is cancelled due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Neither Sponsor nor Red Bull New York, Inc. are responsible for, and will not replace, lost, mutilated, or stolen Event tickets, vouchers, wristbands, or certificates. Exact details, including seat locations, shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor.
NOTIFICATION: Sponsor may require the potential prize winner to verify that he or she is the owner of the Social Media Site account. The potential prize winner must respond to the notification message and provide all requested information within twenty-four (24) hours of the first contact or attempted contact from Sponsor, or the prize may be forfeited. Sponsor may require winner and his/her guest to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release forms and other applicable documents. All required documents must be completed and returned to Sponsor within twenty-four (24) hours of the date and time listed on the documents. If a potential prize winner cannot be contacted, is disqualified, fails to timely execute and return any required forms, an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.
PUBLICITY & MARKETING: Submission of an entry and participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission, but not the obligation, to the Sponsor, Red Bull New York, Inc., Red Bull Arena, Inc., the MLS Entities, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns to use entrant’s name, identity, title, likeness, distinctive appearance, physical likeness, image, portrait, picture, photograph (whether still or moving), screen persona, voice, vocal style, statements, gesture, mannerism, personality, performance characteristic, biographical data, signature, and any other indicia or imitation of identity or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of contact information in connection with this Sweepstakes (whether or not required), including, without limitation, mailing address, phone number, and email address, during entry constitutes permission for Sponsor, Red Bull New York, Inc., Red Bull Arena, Inc., the MLS Entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns to use entrant’s personal information for purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes. You also may opt-in to be added to Red Bull New York, Inc.’s customer database and to permit Red Bull New York, Inc., the MLS Entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns to contact you in the future for promotional and other reasons. You may opt-out of receiving such communications as set forth in Red Bull New York, Inc.’s Privacy Policy (located at www.mlssoccer.com/privacy-policy), or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Sponsor’s e-mails). You understand that you are providing your information to Red Bull New York, Inc. The information you provide to Red Bull New York, Inc. will only be used in accordance with Red Bull New York, Inc.’s Privacy Policy. You also confirm that you understand that your personal data will be processed by the Sponsor and you consent to being contacted by the Sponsor for marketing purposes using the contact details you provided in connection with your participation in Sweepstakes. Information on the processing of data by the Sponsor is located at Privacy Policy | MLSsoccer.com. In order to fulfill any requests related to your personal data, you can contact the Sponsor at privacy@MLSSoccer.com.
NO LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Red Bull New York, Inc., Red Bull Arena, Inc., MLS, SUM and the MLS Entities, Sponsor Affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies (the “Released Parties”) from any claims, injury, death, losses, and/or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising out of, or relating to, your participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activities (including, without limitation, attending the Event) and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder (including, without limitation, any misrepresentation made by you in connection with the Sweepstakes; any non-compliance by you with these General Rules or the Official Rules; claims brought by persons or entities other than the parties to these General Rules or the Official Rules arising from or related to your involvement with the Sweepstakes; acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes; any malfunction, error or other problem arising in connection with the collection, processing, or retention of entry information; or any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any winner). The foregoing includes, without limitation, any claim for personal injury, property loss or damage, or death arising in any way in connection with the Sweepstakes.
If Sponsor’s or Red Bull New York’s use of an Entry causes Sponsor and/or Red Bull New York, Inc. to be subject to a claim by any third party (including, but not limited to, a claim of infringement), such participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties, and all persons acting by, through, under or in concert with them, against any and all damages, costs, judgments and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) which the Released Parties (or any one of them) may incur as a result of the use of your Entry.
OTHER TERMS: Decisions of Sponsor on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these General Rules or the Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Red Bull New York, Inc., Red Bull Arena, Inc., MLS, SUM, and the MLS Entities and their affiliates are not a Sponsor or administrator of this Sweepstakes and are in no way responsible or liable for the administration of this Sweepstakes. All trademarks used are the property of their respective owner(s) and are used for prize description purposes only.
GOVERNING LAW & MANDATORY ARBITRATION: Any disputes arising under the Sweepstakes, these General Rules, and/or these Official Rules will be governed by relevant U.S. federal statutes and regulations and the internal laws of the State of New York. Sponsor and each entrant agree that any such claim or dispute between the parties, or between a party and any agent, employee, successor, or assign of the other, related to this Sweepstakes, these General Rules, and/or these Official Rules (including the applicability of this arbitration clause) shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the JAMS under its rules and procedures in effect when the claim is filed. The rules and procedures and other information, including information on fees, may be obtained from JAMS’ website (www.jamsadr.com) or by calling JAMS at 949-224-1810. Any award by the arbitrator(s) may be entered as a judgment in any court having jurisdiction.
RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected; if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these General Rules or the Official Rules; if the individual’s behavior or communication at any point is disruptive, may or does cause damage or to any person, property, or reputation of Sponsor, or is otherwise not in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these General Rules or the Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions thereof will remain in full force and effect.
NO AFFILIATION WITH SOCIAL MEDIA PLATORMS: Unless otherwise specified, the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any Social Media platform or any other named or depicted people or entities other than Sponsor. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor.
