  • Box Office Opens: 12:00pm
  • Gates Open: 6:30pm
  • Show Start: 8:00pm
  • Show End: 11:30pm

Due to the heat advisory, guests are permitted to bring in one (1) sealed soft plastic water bottle up to 32-ounces, cap will be taken upon entry. No cans, thermoses, glass, or aluminum bottles are permitted inside Sports Illustrated Stadium.

Entry:

  • Your assigned gate based on your ticket location is listed below. You can also view the stadium map below to locate your assigned gate:
    • General Admission:
      • Your ticket lists the best gate for you to enter, but you may enter through Toyota Gate, Intermex Gate, Gate B1, or Gate C.
    • Floor + Pit Seating
      • Entry for floor and pit access is located at Gate C1
      • Floor access check-in will begin at Gate C1 at 4:00pm, where your ticket will be checked, and a wristband will be distributed before being directed to queue in line until gates open.
    • VIP Entry
      • Includes all Suites, and sections 108C, 108, 109M, 109B, 110M, 110B, 111C, 111
      • Enter through the VIP Entrance, located on the West side of the stadium, at the corner of Pete Higgins Blvd. and Riverbend Drive.

Ticketing:

  • Tickets are DIGITAL ONLY, and are accessible through Ticketmaster, or the New York Red Bulls account manager, using the same email with which you purchased your tickets.
    • If you do not know your password, click “Forgot Password” and you will be prompted to create a new one.
    • We strongly encourage you to add your tickets to your phone’s wallet for the smoothest entry experience.

Parking & Transportation

We encourage all guests to arrive early and to use mass transit or carpool.

Stadium Policies

  • Bag Policy
    • Guests are permitted to bring any bags sized 14”x14”x6” or smaller. Backpacks of any kind or bags larger than 14”x14”x6” are not permitted. Medical and Baby Bags are an exception but will be subject to an X-Ray search (located at Gate B1).
  • Water
    • One (1) sealed plastic water bottle up to 32oz (1L) will be permitted to bring into the stadium. The cap will be taken upon entry.
  • Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
    • Bottles, cans, coolers, containers
    • Firearms or weapons of any kind
    • Streamers or confetti
    • Strollers that do not fit under the seats
    • Noisemakers, plastic horns, air horns, whistles, drums, musical instruments of any kind
    • Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs or any similar type item
    • Pets or animals of any kind with the exception of certified service animals
    • Selfie sticks, professional camera equipment, tripods, laser pointers, etc.
