Your Red Membership gives you ultimate flexibility. Even if you can’t make a match, there are various ways to keep your seat Red and make sure your tickets don't go unused. Bring extra friends to another match, donate them to a charity, or even make some money back. It’s all up to you with our Trade, Transfer, Donate, Resell program. Plus keeping your seat Red helps to create the best atmosphere possible -- and also helps the team!

TRADE

As a Red Member, you can trade tickets out of matches you know you’re not able to attend. You can reach out to your Rep, and they can help swap tickets into another match you’d like to attend with more friends and family. Click here to trade your tickets.

TRANSFER

You can transfer tickets to friends and family through the Red Bulls App by selecting MANAGE MY TICKETS.

You can also transfer tickets through your online account manager CLICK HERE.

DONATE

Donate tickets to charity by utilizing the MANAGE MY TICKETS tab in the Red Bulls App and selecting “Donate” for the desired tickets.

You’ll be able to choose from 2 charities to donate your tickets to:

Vet Tix, an organization that supports our troops by providing positive family and life experiences, during and after their years of service to our country.

Tickets for Kids, charity provides free access to low-income and at-risk kids to the cultural, sporting, and educational venues of their community.

Tickets can be donated up to 3 days before the match.

RESELL

Resell tickets you can’t use by utilizing the MANAGE MY TICKETS tab in the Red Bulls App and selecting “Sell” for the desired tickets. Only a couple of clicks are needed to post your tickets for resale.
