Red Member Autograph Session

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO HAPPEN AT THE EVENT?

Players* will be stationed at various autograph locations throughout the Stadium. Members can line up at each station throughout the event for their turn to get autographs.

DOES EVERYONE COMING TO THE EVENT NEED A TICKET?

YES. Everyone attending the event needs to have a valid event ticket to present for scanning. All tickets must have been reserved in advance on Members+.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY TICKETS?

Tickets for the event have now been added to your account. You can access them through your Red Bulls app and scan in as you would on matchday. We encourage you to add the tickets to your phone’s wallet before arriving.  

WHERE DO I PARK?
You can find the parking map below, but event parking will be available in the East Lot and Audi Lot. Overflow parking will be in the Path Lot at the regular daily rate. Street parking is permitted but subject to daily rates. Anyone in violation will be subject to tickets/fines and potential towing.

WHERE DO I ENTER?

All attendees will enter through Gate B1. 

WILL ALL PLAYERS SIGN AUTOGRAPHS?

NO. Each player in attendance will be assigned to either an autograph table or photo location.  You can view the map above, which shows player locations and whether they are signing autographs or posing for photos. Players that are stationed at photo stations will not be signing autographs.

DO I NEED TO BRING A CAMERA?

YES. Please be sure to bring a fully charged phone or camera to the event, as you will use this for photos. Our staff can take photos on your device or you can take them yourself, if you prefer.

AM I GUARANTEED EVERY PLAYER'S AUTOGRAPH?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will get every player's autograph during the 90- minute event. We will do everything we can to keep the lines moving and we appreciate your cooperation. There is a limit of one autograph per person, per player, and all photographs MUST be taken in front of the player's table.

SHOULD I BRING AN ITEM WITH ME TO GET SIGNED?

YES. We will not provide items so it's important that you bring item(s) with you to the event. Please remember it is one autograph per person, per player on the autograph lines only. Players will be supplied with black sharpies but if you have a color preference, you're welcome to bring your own.

WILL THE BULLSHOP BE OPEN? DO I GET A DISCOUNT?

NO. The BULLShop will not be open, but there will be a portable stand near section 117 selling merchandise. Red Members will receive their 25% discount.

WILL FOOD BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

YES. There will be light concessions available near section 117.
