This will be the eighth overall regular season meeting between New York and Miami, with the Red Bulls holding the advantage in the series with a 5-3-0 mark. The Red Bulls are currently on a four-match unbeaten streak at Red Bull Arena across all competitions, including two-straight regular season wins. Inter Miami CF currently rank first in the Eastern Conference and most recently defeated D.C. United, 3-1, on March 16.

Defender Andres Reyes made his first start of the 2024 season in New York’s last match, playing the full 90 minutes. Reyes finished last season ranked second in MLS in interceptions and tied for third in aerial duels won. The Colombian defender will be seeking his fourth appearance against his former club. Reyes has scored four goals in his MLS career.
