Here are some numbers to know ahead of New York Red Bulls versus LA Galaxy.


0.80 – Luis Robles has posted a joint MLS best 0.80 goals against average (GAA) through five matches this season. Robles, who’s tied with Bill Hamid and Nick Rimando for the best GAA in the league, has posted two shutouts in five games this season.


3 – Bradley Wright-Phillips has recorded three assists in five matches this season. Last year’s Golden Boot winner had two assists all of last season and is currently tied for second on the MLS assists list, two behind leader Benny Feilhaber. Felipe shares the title with Wright-Phillips as team leader in assists.


5 – The Red Bulls have started the 2015 season undefeated through five matches (3-0-2), which ties the longest unbeaten streak to begin a season since 2007 (3-0-2). This is the second best points total to start a season through five matches in franchise history (2010: 4-1-0, 12 points).


9 – New York has scored an Eastern Conference high nine goals through five matches. Philadelphia Union have also scored nine goals, but the Red Bulls have three games in hand on Philadelphia. 114 – The Red Bulls are 34-7-12 (114 points) playing at Red Bull Arena since 2012, tied for the best home record in MLS. The record is tied with Los Angeles Galaxy, who visit Red Bull Arena this weekend.


600 – Sunday night’s match between New York Red Bulls vs. Los Angeles Galaxy will mark the 600th MLS regular season match played by New York. The Red Bulls are currently 235-243-121 all-time, and are 18-16-6 all-time against the Galaxy.
