Amando Moreno signed with the New York Red Bulls January 10, 2018, re-joining the club after three seasons with CD Tijuana and one loan spell with Dorados de Sinaloa.

Moreno, a native of Morganville, N.J., joined the Red Bulls Academy in November 2009 and played for the Red Bulls Under-15, 16 and 18 squads.

With the U-16 side from 2010-2012, Moreno recorded 33 goals and 22 assists and helped his side become the U.S. Soccer Development Academy champions in the 2011-2012 season.

Moreno trained with the Red Bulls First Team and played in several of the club’s reserve games before signing a Homegrown deal at 17-years-old on December 11, 2012.

The forward appeared in two MLS matches as a substitute and was a member of the 2013 Supporters’ Shield championship team.

Moreno has played for the United States Men’s National Team at youth levels with the U-18 and U-21 teams. He was also called up to the senior team in May 2016 for a friendly against Puerto Rico.
