After a 3-0 win over FC Dallas on June 23, at Red Bull Arena, the New York Red Bulls will now look to get three points on the road, against Toronto FC.
With Danny Royer missing tonight's match, after picking up a red card against FC Dallas, Head Coach Jesse Marsch has inserted Alex Muyl back into the Starting XI.
Bradley Wright-Phillips, who was recently selected to the 2018 MLS All-Star Game, will serve as the teams' striker. Wright-Phillips enters the match three goals away from the century mark, for career goals in MLS.
Tyler Adams and Sean Davis, will occupy the Red Bulls’ central defensive midfield.
Captain Luis Robles will be between the posts for New York, with the backline being anchored by Connor Lade, Tim Parker, Kemar Lawrence, and Aaron Long, who was also selected as a reserve in the 2018 MLS All-Star Game.
Kaku and Florian Valot will be on the pitch for the starting whistle, too.
Fidel Escobar and Michael Amir Murillo are still away, after competing in the 2018 FIFA World Cup with the Panama, but should be back with the Red Bulls for the derby against New York City FC.
With Ryan Meara still nursing a knee injury, Evan Louro will serve as the backup goalkeeper, with Aurélien Collin, Derrick Etienne, Jr., Ethan Kutler, Ben Mines, Carlos Rivas and Marc Rzatkowski also available as subs.
