Ryan Meara is back in goal for the New York Red Bulls.
Meara is making his second start in a row, as Luis Robles remains out with a knee injury.
Meara stepped up big on the road against Atlanta. Meara, who had not started a league match since March 24, 2015, tallied a game-best six saves on seven chances against the league’s second-best offense. Meara’s Atlanta stat line mirrored his last league start stat line as he tallied six saves on seven chances for NYCFC at Chicago
Head Coach Jesse Marsch is running with the same Starting XI that rolled to a 3-1 victory in Atlanta last week.
Bradley Wright-Phillips will captain the side again and lead the charge on the attack. Kaku, Florian Valot and Daniel Royer will support him in the midfield.
Tyler Adams and Sean Davis will help anchor the defensive midfield, while Kemar Lawrence, Tim Parker, Aaron Long and Michael Amir Murillo make up the back line.
Murillo is making his final start for the club before departing to be with the Panamanian National Team ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Lawrence returns to the lineup after being stretchered off the pitch in the last match, but he's fully healthy and ready to go.
Evan Louro will serve as the backup keeper, with Vincent Bezecourt, Aurelien Collin, Connor Lade, Alex Muyl, Carlos Rivas and Marc Rzatkowski available off the bench.
Fidel Escobar is already in camp with Panama, while Derrick Etienne, Jr. is with the Haitian National Team ahead of a friendly with Argentina on Tuesday, May 29.
