HARRISON, N.J. (June 16, 2022) –The New York Red Bulls (6-4-5, 23 pts.) begin two-match homestand with an MLS regular season match against Toronto FC (4-7-3, 15 pts.) on Saturday, June 18, at Red Bull Arena. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. ET with coverage on MSG, MSG GO, and New York Red Bulls Radio in English and Spanish via TuneIn, the New York Red Bulls app and NewYorkRedBulls.com.

The match against Toronto FC on June 18 will be Topps Sports Card Night in association with Bleeker Trading. The first 10,000 fans will receive an exclusive pack of New York Red Bulls exclusive Topps trading cards. The Red Bulls will be the first MLS team to hold a trading card theme night.

Coverage on MSG+ begins at 6:30 p.m. ET with the Red Bulls Pregame show. Steve Cangialosi will have the primary play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Shep Messing and Michelle Gingras.

New York Red Bulls Radio begins at 6 p.m. ET with Countdown to Kickoff, presented by Honda, hosted by Matt Harmon and Steve Jolley. Stefano Fusaro will carry the Spanish play-by-play responsibilities, beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET.

This will be the 38th overall regular season series between New York and Toronto, with the Red Bulls holding the advantage with a 19-9-9 mark overall, including a 14-2-2 mark, while playing Toronto at home. The Red Bulls currently sit in fourth place of the Eastern Conference with 23 points, while Toronto sits in 12th place with 15 points. Toronto are 1-3-1 in their last five MLS regular season matches and are coming off a 3-2 win against Chicago Fire FC on May 28.

Midfielder Lewis Morgan scored his sixth MLS goal of the season in New York’s 4-1 win against D.C. United on May 28. Morgan currently ranks tied for fourth in goals scored among active MLS midfielders in this season. The Scottish midfielder recorded a first-half hat trick against Toronto FC on March 5. He became the first Red Bulls player to tally a first-half hat trick since Bradley Wright-Phillips on May 28, 2016.

Following Saturday’s match, the Red Bulls will face off against New York City FC in the 2022 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup quarterfinals at Red Bull Arena on Wednesday, June 22.
