·      New York Red Bulls II earned their first win of the season at Segra Field against Loudoun United FC on Tuesday night.

·      Forward Omar Sowe recorded his first goal of the season, ater leading the club in goals scored last season. Jeremy Rafanello tallied the assist on the play for his second this season.

·      Loudoun found an equalizer in the 27th minute, but New York scored the winner, when Mandela Egbo converted his second penalty of the year.

·      Goalkeeper AJ Marcucci recorded two saves in the victory.

·      This marks the second straight time New York has defeated Loudoun United FC at Segra Field.

·      NYRB II remains on the road to face Charleston Battery on Sunday, May 23 at 2 pm ET, with coverage on ESPN+.
