HARRISON, NJ (June 18, 2014) – Local media members traded in their normal seats in the press box for starting positions on the field at Red Bull Arena on Monday as beat writers, TV personalities and more participated in the first-ever media game.
After a back-and-forth game that the teams tied 4-4 in the dying minutes of the second half, Team Blue got two late goals to earn a 6-4 victory over Team White.
The participating media members were treated to a game day-like experience with personalized lockers, full kits, team photos and of course the game itself on the Red Bull Arena pitch.
