HARRISON, N.J. (March 3, 2015) - The New York Red Bulls officially unveiled their new primary kit ahead of the 2015 MLS season. Details on the new kit were revealed tonight as a part of the 2015 New York Red Bulls Jersey Launch Party, an exclusive event for season ticket holders at Webster Hall in New York City.

The Red Bulls open up their 2015 MLS campaign this Sunday, March 8 against Sporting KC at Sporting Park with kickoff set for 7:00 p.m.

The new kit will emphasize RBNY's 20th season as a member of Major League Soccer. The kit will feature the type 'Est. 1996' - an ode to those that have been with the club from the start - along with a founding team patch and a lenticular crest of the front chest.

The colors of the kit - the red sleeves signify the love, fight, passion and glory of the club; while the black and red neck tape are a sign of the Red Bulls’ history in MLS.

The kit also features a nod to the Metro Area with a unique 'New York' type that mimics the iconic New York Skyline.

The new MLS crest will be branded on both sleeves representing the league's three-part motto - For club, country and community.

The Red Bulls home opener kicks off on Sunday March 22 at 5 p.m. against D.C. United at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ.
