HARRISON, N.J. (February 3, 2018) - The New York Red Bulls have waived midfielder Muhamed Keita, the club announced today.
“On behalf of the organization, I’d like to thank Muhamed for his time with the club,” said Sporting Director Denis Hamlett. “We wish him all the best as he moves forward with his career.”
Keita, 27, joined the Red Bulls from Polish club Lech Poznan last Summer. The Banjul, Gambia native made seven appearances in all competitions for the Red Bulls, recording one assist.
