With Bradley Wright-Phillips' goal in Houston on April 1, 2016, the New York Red Bulls franchise notched regular season league play goal No. 1,000.


Here are some major milestone numbers as the MetroStars/Red Bulls have made their way to the big 1,000:


3: The Red Bulls became just the third team in MLS history to reach the 1,000 goal milestone. The LA Galaxy and D.C. United were the first two teams to hit the mark.


18: The top three goal scorers in organization history -- Wright-Phillips (71), Juan Pablo Angel (58) and Thierry Henry (51) -- account for 180 goals, or 18 percent of the total goals scored.


139: One hundred and thirty-nine different players have scored at least one goal for the team.


41: Forty-one of the 139 players have scored just one goal.


27: Twenty-seven players have scored at least 10 goals for the team.


7: Most goals scored in one game by the team (7-0 over New York City FC in 2016).


225: The number of goals scored at Red Bull Arena.


128: Red Bulls goals scored under Head Coach Jesse Marsch.


55: Number of goals scored at Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium, the most goals scored at any away arena.
