COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
Am I required to have a negative COVID-19 test result or be fully vaccinated before arriving?
Guests are not required to be fully vaccinated or produce a negative COVID-19 test result before arriving. Affirmative acceptance of the New York Red Bulls 2024 Ticket Policy inclusive of the Major League Soccer Health Promise will be required as part of the arena health and safety entry procedures.
Am I required to wear a face mask at Red Bull Arena?
Masks are not mandatory, but we recommend all fans wear masks while attending matches.

ADMISSION POLICIES
All children two (2) years of age or older will need their own individual ticket. If a child will be in a baby seat carrier though, a ticket is needed for the carrier.
Gates will open at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the match for General Admission. We strongly encourage guests to enter the Arena as early as possible to avoid delays. To confirm opening times, contact us.
The Provident Bank Suite Lounge and Audi Club Seat Lounge will typically open ninety (90) minutes prior to the start of the match. Admission to these areas is restricted to premium ticket holders. To confirm opening times, contact us.
All seating in the Arena is reserved for guests with valid tickets for the specific event.
Exit/Reentry to the stadium is prohibited.
All guests entering the Arena are subject to a contactless search. Refusal may be grounds to prohibit admission. For more information, see Search.
Red Bull Arena is a mobile ticket facility. Please download the New York Red Bulls app to access tickets through TicketMaster.
ALCOHOL POLICIES
All beverages must be opened and consumed at your ticketed seat. Consuming beverages in the concourse is not permitted.
Guests will not be permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the Arena.
Guests will not be allowed to enter the Arena if they appear to be intoxicated.
Limit of two (2) alcoholic beverages per possession.
By New Jersey State law, alcoholic beverages are not vended in the seating areas.
All guests must provide valid proof of age.
Alcohol sales are shut off at the 65th minute of soccer matches or earlier at management’s discretion.
For other events including concerts and sporting events, Arena management will determine the shut off time on a case by case basis.
Intoxicated and disorderly behavior as well as violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from the Arena without refund and could result in the loss of Red Membership.
ANIMALS
Animals, with the exception of service animals, are NOT permitted into the Stadium.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
All bathrooms on the concourse have baby changing stations.
The bathrooms by Horizon Gate on the plaza level have baby changing stations.
Bathrooms in the Provident Bank Suite Lounge, Audi Club, and Bulls’ Corner all have baby changing stations.
BAG POLICY
Red Bull Arena has introduced a new bag policy beginning with the 2023 season. Fans are permitted to bring any bags sized 14”x14”x6” or smaller. Backpacks of any kind or bags larger than 14”x14”x6” are not permitted. Medical and Baby Bags are an exception but will be subject to an X-Ray search (located at Gate B1).
A limited number of secure bag lockers will be available for rent for $5. The lockers will be located next to gate B1.

MLS (MAJOR LEAGUE SOCCER) CODE OF CONDUCT
Major League Soccer and each of its Clubs are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable match-day experience for all fans visiting MLS stadiums and facilities. MLS and its Clubs are also deeply committed to fostering an inclusive environment, free of discrimination and harassment. This Fan Code of Conduct addresses conduct that is inconsistent with these goals and detracts from the match-day experience.
The following conduct is prohibited in the Stadium and all parking lots, facilities and areas controlled by the Club or MLS:
Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent in nature, including verbal or physical harassment of match officials, players, staff or fans
Conduct that is illegal
Conduct that results in damage to the venue or other personal property
Displaying signs, symbols, images, using language or making gestures that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation
Displaying signs, symbols or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action
Entering or attempting to enter the field, the field track, the tunnel or any other location other than that permitted by the fan’s ticket or credential
Possession of an unauthorized pyrotechnic device, smoke or firework or other Prohibited Items*
Throwing objects of any kind, including streamers
Failing to follow requests from venue staff regarding stadium operations, policies and emergency response procedures
Declining to promptly return a ball that enters the stands
Irresponsible use or consumption of alcohol or other substances
Making unauthorized transmissions or play-by-play accounts of the match
Any behavior that otherwise targets other fans or interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the game
Any fan who violates any of these provisions may be subject to penalty, including, but not limited to, ejection without refund, loss of ticket privileges for future games and revocation of season tickets. Any fan who (1) conducts themselves in an extremely disruptive or dangerous manner (“Level 1 Offenses”), or (2) commits multiple violations during a 12-month period, may be banned from attending future MLS matches for up to a year or longer. Level 1 Offenses include, but are not limited to, violent behavior, threatening, abusive or discriminatory conduct or language, trespassing or throwing objects onto the field, use or possession of unauthorized pyrotechnics or other dangerous Prohibited Items, or illegal conduct.
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, individuals who violate this Fan Code of Conduct may be required to submit a written request for readmission and participate in an online Fan Code of Conduct Education Class (FCEC) in order to be reinstated.
Please note that MLS and its Clubs reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who has engaged in harassment of match officials, opposing team members, staff or other fans or who have otherwise violated this Code of Conduct using social or digital media or other forms of communication.

PERMITTED ITEMS
Umbrellas are allowed in Red Bull Arena, but may not be opened while inside the Arena.
Fans are permitted to bring any bags sized 14”x14”x6” or smaller. Backpacks of any kind or bags larger than 14”x14”x6” are not permitted. Medical and Baby Bags are an exception but will be subject to an X-Ray search.
No outside food or beverages will be permitted.
Flags no bigger than 3’ x 5’ without poles are permitted. Flags must be event related and may not cover any Arena signage. All flags or banners deemed inappropriate by Arena management are subject to removal.
Laptops and tablet devices without bags. All must be powered on during entry.
Small, fold up umbrella strollers are allowed in Red Bull Arena. Fold-up strollers should be stored under your seat. Strollers that cannot fit under your seat will not be permitted. Strollers will be subject to an X-Ray search (located at Gate B1).
Baby seat carriers are permitted but will require a ticket for the carrier. Baby seat carries will be subject to an X-Ray search.

PLAYER ENTRY AND BENCHES
Teams will enter at midfield from the west side of the Arena between Sections 109 and 110, which is the same side the player benches are located. The Red Bulls player bench will be located in front of Section 109.
PROHIBITED ITEMS & BAG POLICY
No Luggage, Computer Bags, Briefcases, Backpacks, Large Purses, Camera Cases, Coolers of any kind, Thermoses or Ice Chests of any size permitted

Prohibited items discovered during inspections at the Arena entrances must either be returned to the owner’s vehicle or discarded. The Arena will not provide a storage area for these items. Unlawful items that are discovered during security inspections are subject to confiscation and the person in possession of those items subject to arrest. Guests arriving by mass transit must take particular caution not to bring any prohibited items, as no exceptions will be made. There are 3 portable restrooms outside of Gate C.
There are 2 restrooms on the Plaza Level inside Horizon Gate.
There are 15 restrooms located on the 100 Level concourse.

Family/Gender Neutral restrooms are located atop Sections 105 and 126. All restrooms are designed for guests with disabilities.

SEARCH PROCEDURES
To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guests will be subject to a contactless screening process through a walkthrough magnetometer upon entry. All bags and vehicles parking on Red Bull Arena property are subject to search. Guests that refuse to be patted down and/or refuse to have their bags or vehicle inspected will not be admitted.
