New York Red Bulls forward Thierry Henry was recently named to Major League Soccer's Fan XI ahead of the July 31 MLS All-Star Game vs. AS Roma.

As one of 10 players named to the roster, with the 11th nominee coming at a later date, Henry's is now on pace to take part in his third MLS All-Star Game.

Each of the players included in the Fan XI is a direct result of fan voting collected over three platforms - MLSsoccer.com's online ballot, text message voting, and Twitter voting. The final player, a forward, will be named via a new, innovative and interactive method that involves FIFA Soccer 13. Among the remaining forward available for selection on the ballot, whichever one fans score the most goals with in FIFA 13 will receive the final spot in the Fan XI.
