Vote for Save of the Week: Week 22
Luis Robles has been nominated for MLS Save of the Week for his stop on Javier Morales during the Red Bulls' thrilling 4-3 win over Real Salt Lake on Saturday evening at Red Bull Arena. The save came in the 34th minute of the match when Morales shot a low, curling free kick. Robles laid out to his left and made the diving stop on the shot.
Robles’ save is going up against some strong competition for Save of the Week honors that include a save from San Jose’s Jon Busch, one from Sporting KC’s Jimmy Nielsen, a save from Portland’s Donovan Ricketts, and another from Seattle’s Andrew Weber.
