Red Bull New York Hosts Youth Soccer Leaders at 10th Annual Youth Soccer Summit.
The Red Bull New York welcomed club directors, administrators, and youth soccer leaders from across the state to Sports Illustrated Stadium on Sunday, March 1 for the 10th Annual Youth Soccer Summit, hosted in collaboration with New Jersey Youth Soccer and presented by RWJBarnabas Health.

The annual Summit serves as a platform for collaboration across the youth soccer ecosystem, bringing together leaders from grassroots clubs, leagues, and national organizations to discuss the evolving landscape of player development and identify opportunities to strengthen the pathway for young players.
The day opened with remarks from Red Bulls President and General Manager Marc de Grandpre, who emphasized the importance of collaboration between the professional club and the youth soccer community in supporting the long-term growth of the game.

Throughout the day, attendees heard perspectives from leaders across multiple levels of the sport, including Luis Robles, MLS NEXT Technical Director and former Red Bulls captain, shared insights into the continued growth of MLS NEXT and how the league is working to strengthen the development environment for elite youth players across the country.
Luis was joined by Sean McCafferty, Director Academy and Pro Pathway for Red Bull New York, provided an inside look at the Red Bulls Academy structure and how the club’s development model connects academy players to professional opportunities within the organization.
The Summit also featured presentations on the evolving U.S. Soccer player pathway, highlighting national efforts to better align youth leagues and development environments to create clearer opportunities for players as they progress through the game.
Additional sessions provided deeper insight into player development and the evolving structure of the youth soccer landscape.
Ending the day with a panel discussion, which featured Julian De Guzman and Michael Bradley.

As the youth soccer landscape continues to evolve, Red Bull New York remains committed to supporting clubs, coaches, and players throughout the region.
Through Red Bulls Youth Programs, the club works alongside youth organizations across the tri-state area by providing development resources, coaching education, and opportunities for collaboration that help strengthen the broader soccer community.
The Youth Soccer Summit is one example of how the Red Bulls continue to invest in the long-term development of the sport by bringing together leaders from across the game to share ideas, build relationships, and support the next generation of players.
