Thierry Henry, Wilman Conde Named to's Team of the Week

Is this coming as a surprise to anyone else? No? Didn't think so... Red Bulls forward Thierry Henry and defender Wilman Conde have been named to's Team of the Week for the second straight week. Henry etched his name into this week's Starting XI after his three-goal, one-assist performance helped power the Red Bulls past the Montreal Impact 5-2. Not only did his play act as an integral part in New York's second straight win at home, but it also earned Henry his second consecutive Player of the Week nod as well. On the back line, Conde once again made his presence known with his patented physical play and leadership qualities on the pitch. He may not have registered on the score sheet this week (he did have an assist in his first game as a Red Bull), but that's hardly a knock against a defender. Conde limped off the field at the conclusion of the match and has since had his status for this weekend's meeting in Columbus labeled as "unclear" by's Franco Panizo. Hans Backe suggested the team is going to monitor Conde's injury closely in an effort to avoid any other complications. The Red Bulls will look to stretch their current win streak to three straight when they take on the Crew Saturday at 3pm ET. Watch all of the action live on MSG. New York returns home Apr. 14 to take on the San Jose Earthquakes for a 7pm ET kickoff on MSG. The first 10,000 fans through the gate will receive free Thierry Henry posters (10 of which will be signed by Henry himself). Great seats start as low as $20!
