Red Bulls Youth Club Summit Recap -

HARRISON, N.J. ā€“ The New York Red Bulls hosted more than 75 attendees at Red Bull Arena on Sunday, March 13, for the inaugural Red Bulls Youth Club Summit. The one-day event served as an educational experience for youth club partners to gain more information on current youth topics, share ideas and best practices with other club partners.

The event also provided club members the opportunity to hear from keynote speakers such as Head of Red Bull Global Soccer Oliver Mintzlaff, Sporting Director Ali Curtis, General Manager Marc de Grandpre and Senior Director of Training Programs Dave Jervis.

ā€œThe summit provided an excellent platform to share and discuss relevant youth development topics with Red Bulls partner clubs,ā€ Jervis said. ā€œWe were impressed by the number of organizations represented and the commitment that these leaders made to attend the workshops. This dedication will ultimately help our partners enhance their programs while developing, educating and inspiring the local youth soccer community.ā€

The day began with Jervis introducing the RED PRINT; a pathway and infrastructure guide for clubs to create a holistic youth development model. Curtis then explained the Red Bullsā€™ player development structure, while Mintzlaff expanded on the organizationā€™s value in youth development and global soccer connections.
