Red Bulls Middle of the Road for 2017 Strength of Schedule

The New York Red Bulls have a middle-of-the-road strength of schedule in 2017, based on 2016 average points per game.


New York's regular season schedule has them facing teams that averaged 1.33 points per game.


Vancouver Whitecaps FC, who will face the Red Bulls in CONCACAF Champions League play on February 22 and March 2, have the toughest schedule, facing teams with an average of 1.43 points per game in 2016. 



Columbus Crew SC will face the easiest schedule, with opponents tallying just 1.30 points per game in 2016.


New York starts their season on March 5 against Atlanta United FC in their first-ever game. Red Bull Arena sees it's first MLS action on Saturday, March 11, as the Colorado Rapids come to town.
