New York Red Bulls Derrick Etienne Jr. (Haiti), Sacha Kljestan (USA) and Michael Amir Murrillo (Panama) were all away with their respective national teams last weekend.

Kljestan did not participate in the USMNT’s 6-0 win over Honduras, serving as an unused substitute for the match. It was the United States’ first victory of the Hexagonal round. Kljestan and U.S. Soccer return to action on Tuesday, March 28 at 10:05 p.m. ET against Panama.

Murrillo played 15 minutes in Panama’s 1-0 loss to Trinidad & Tobago. The defender came on for Houston Dynamo’s Adolfo Machado in the 75th minute and picked up a yellow card. Tuesday’s clash with the United States could result in a shakeup in the Hexagonal standings with third place Panama (1-1-1, 4 points), followed closely by the USMNT (1-2-0, 3 points) in fourth place.

Etienne Jr. did not play in Haiti’s 3-1 win against Nicaragua in a Gold Cup playoff match. The game was the first leg of two matches against Nicaragua for a spot in the 2017 Gold Cup. Haiti concludes the two-game series on Tuesday, March 28 in Nicaragua.

All three players missed last weekend’s scoreless draw against Real Salt Lake and will return ahead of the Red Bulls’ weekend matchup with Houston Dynamo.
