The Red Bulls have outscored New England, 18-6, at home.

BWP Likes to Score Against the Revs

Bradley Wright-Phillips hopes to add to his goal tally against New England on Saturday, a team which he’s scored five goals against as a Red Bull.

In their last regular season matchup with the Revs on Aug. 28, 2016, BWP scored the lone goal in a 1-0 win at Red Bull Arena.

Eastern Conference Rival

These teams do not like one another.

Whether it’s hard tackles, on-field arguments or even this year’s altercation in preseason following a hard foul on Alex Muyl, the Red Bulls and Revolution play each other tough.

Five out of the last six matchups have been decided by one goal, with the exception of the Red Bulls’ 4-1 win at home on July 11, 2015.

Red Bulls Record Books

Sacha Kljestan has totaled 40 assists in his Red Bulls career, three shy of breaking Thierry Henry’s club record (42).

Kljestan needs one more goal to become just the ninth player in club history to record at least 15 goals and 15 assists in regular season play.

Mike Grella can also join the 15&15 club, and needs two assists to reach that plateau.

Finish Strong

The Red Bulls are looking for three points after a positive performance against first place Toronto FC last weekend, which ended in a draw.

New York has not won since defeating Chicago Fire, 2-1, at home on April 29.
