Bradley Wright-Phillips comes in at No. 1 on the "Who are the top goalscorers in MLS history? Our best XI" article on MLSSoccer.com.


BWP, the two-time Golden Boot winner, is currently the best finisher in MLS, with 0.71 goals-per-90-minutes in regular season play.


The English forward has scored 83 goals in MLS regular season play, seven in the MLS playoffs, three in U.S. Open Cup and one in CONCACAF Champions League to claim the top spot in franchise history.


Wright-Phillips has tallied at least one goal in four different competitions, having scored in New York’s first competitive match of the year, the first leg of the CCL quarterfinals with Vancouver and in the Open Cup Quarterfinals.


Following his goal against Minnesota, BWP recorded his fourth consecutive season with at least 10 goals.


Wright-Phillips stands thirdamong active MLS players, behind Chris Wondolowski (132) and Kei Kamara (97), who are fourth and 10th all-time, respectively.
