Red Bulls Members+ is our way of rewarding you for your loyalty and dedication to the New York Red Bulls.

Red Members with a digital membership card are automatically pre-enrolled in Members+. To earn and redeem points, complete your enrollment through the Red Bulls App or newyorkredbullsmembers.com. If you are a returning member or already have an Account Manager log-in, please use that info to link your account to your App account or to enter the Members+ Portal.

HOW TO EARN POINTS

Earning Members+ Points is easy; just do the things you already do as a Red Bulls fan:

• Attend all New York Red Bulls home matches, enter via the RBNY mobile app to earn additional points

• Enter a match at least 30 minutes before kickoff on matchday

• Use all your seats. Points are earned per seat used.

REWARDS

Use the Members+ Portal to redeem points for rewards. You can redeem points for rewards three ways:

• Marketplace – Redeem points for fixed-point price items and experiences including Red Member Events such as Snap & Sign, team merchandise, matchday experiences, Members+ exclusive items and opportunities for additional seats or access to premium areas

• Auctions – Bid on unique items such as match-used merchandise, autographed jerseys and Plus Passes

• Sweepstakes – Use points for chances to win exclusive items and experiences such as match-worn jerseys

REDEMPTION CENTER

The Members+ Redemption Center is located at Gate C on the plaza level of Red Bull Arena during every Red Bulls match day.The Members+ Redemption Center is open from when gates open thru halftime.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Red Bulls Members+ is fully integrated with TicketMaster Account Manager. You can access your Account Manager to manage your tickets, by logging into the Members+ Portal. At this site, you will also be able to view your eCash balance and add eCash to each of your Members Cards. Your Account Manager is also accessible through the New York Red Bulls App.

MAKE SURE YOUR SEAT IS RED

Can’t make a match? Be sure to TRADE, TRANSFER, DONATE, or RESELL your tickets so that another fan is in your seat cheering the team on. Making your seat red helps to create the best atmosphere possible -- and also helps the team!

TRADE

As a Red Member, you can trade tickets out of matches you know you’re not able to attend. You can reach out to your Rep, and they can help swap tickets into another match you’d like to attend with more friends and family. Click here to trade your tickets.

TRANSFER

You can transfer tickets to friends and family through the Red Bulls App by selecting MANAGE MY TICKETS.

You can also transfer tickets through your online account manager CLICK HERE.

DONATE

Donate tickets to charity by utilizing the MANAGE MY TICKETS tab in the Red Bulls App and selecting “Donate” for the desired tickets.

You’ll be able to choose from 2 charities to donate your tickets to:

Vet Tix, an organization that supports our troops by providing positive family and life experiences, during and after their years of service to our country.

Tickets for Kids, charity provides free access to low-income and at-risk kids to the cultural, sporting, and educational venues of their community.

Tickets can be donated up to 3 days before the match.

RESELL

Resell tickets you can’t use by utilizing the MANAGE MY TICKETS tab in the Red Bulls App and selecting “Sell” for the desired tickets. Only a couple of clicks are needed to post your tickets for resale.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Refer a friend or family member and earn Red Member eCash!

Red Members can earn even more for referring friends and family in 2022! We will now add up to 20% of the value of your referral’s Red Membership purchase as Red Members eCash, based on the number of seats you refer! The maximum amount of Red Member eCash, including through the referral program, that an account can receive is $500.

Here’s How It Works:

• If your referral purchases 1-4 seats, you will receive 10% of your referral's purchase as eCash onto your digital Red Member card.
• If your referral purchases 5-8 seats, you will receive 15% of your referral's purchase as eCash onto your digital Red Member card.
• If your referral purchases 9 or more seats, you will receive 20% of your referral's purchase as eCash onto your digital Red Member card.

For example, if your friend purchases 2 Upper Outer Midfield Red Memberships ($1,200 total), you would receive 10% of that purchase in Red Member eCash, or $120. But if your friend purchases 5 Upper Outer Midfield Red Memberships ($3,000 total) you would receive 15% of that purchase in Red Member eCash, or $450.00! These funds can be used in the Bullshop and concession stands at Red Bull Arena throughout the season.

\Important Note \

\You can only receive this bonus cash if your referral’s new Membership purchase goes through your Member Services representative or sales representative you purchased from this season. A new Membership purchase is qualified as a new seat for 2022. If you have any questions, give us a call at 1.877.727.6223. \

How will the Red Member eCash be allocated?

You have three choices on how the eCash is distributed:

• Option 1: 100% of your earned eCash onto your digital Red Member card.
• Option 2: 50% onto your digital Red Member card and 50% onto your referral's digital Red Member card.
• Option 3: 100% of the eCash onto your referral's digital Red Member card.

It is your choice, so after your referral purchases their Red Membership, we will contact you on how you want to allocate the Red Member eCash.

What is the best way to get referrals?

Encourage your friends, family members, and coworkers to become New York Red Bulls Red Members and add to the great atmosphere at Red Bull Arena! You must be a 2022 Red Member to be eligible for the program and you can only refer someone that did not have Red Memberships for the 2021 Season.

How are referrals recorded so that I get credit?

Refer your friends or family to purchase their Red Membership by calling your personal Members Services representative or the sales representative you purchased from this season. When ordering by phone, your referral MUST give your name to the representative at the time of purchase for you to receive credit.
