Red Members today received information providing clarity in the event there are any cancelled or closed-door 2020 matches. In the event that matches are impacted, Red Members will have the option of electing to apply any payments from these matches towards their 2021 Red Membership. By doing this, Members will:
- Receive a bonus 10% ticket credit for all impacted matches towards their 2021 Red Membership
- Lock in their current Red Membership rate for 2021
Alternatively, if Members would like to discuss any other possible accommodations on tickets they have already purchased to 2020 impacted matches, including obtaining a refund, they should contact their Member Services Rep.
At this time and until we receive further clarity on the 2020 season, we have also suspended further Red Membership ticket plan payments.
