Adams made the team's Starting XI, while Parker and Royer were named to the bench.
Royer led the way for the New York Red Bulls, scoring a brace as the team topped LAFC 2-1 on Sunday night at Red Bull Arena.
Adams and Parker each logged 90 minutes for the Red Bulls, as they held one of the league's top-scoring teams on the road to just the one goal.
