  • New York Red Bulls II (13-4-5, 44 points) topped Saint Louis FC (6-7-6, 24 points) 2-0 at MSU Soccer Park Friday evening.
  • Sebastian Elney opened the scoring for the home side, netting his second goal of the season in the 34th minute.
  • Jared Stroud earned an assist on the Elney tally, his team-leading seventh helper of the year.
  • After a red card in the 88th minute, NYRB II doubled their lead as Elney poked home a rebound off the ensuing free kick.
  • Evan Louro made two saves for his fourth shutout of the season and 10th of his career.
  • This is the fourth-straight season that NYRB II have recorded double digits wins at home dating back to the 2016 season.
