INSIDE THE 18: Rece Buckmaster Gets First MLS Start vs. Toronto FC -



Newly-signed defender Rece Buckmaster gets his first MLS start on Saturday night against Toronto FC at Red Bull Arena.


Buckmaster has made 17 appearances, including 15 starts, for NYRB II after signing with the team in February. In June, Buckmaster was loaned to the First Team and started against the New England Revolution in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.


Buckmaster is joined along the backline by Kemar Lawrence, Aaron Long and Tim Parker.


Lawrence is coming off an short stint in the MLS All-Star Game, mid-week in Orlando.


Marc Rzatkowski and Sean Davis anchor the defensive midfield, while Kaku, Daniel Royer and Derrick Etienne Jr. push the attack.


Brian White starts at forward, while Luis Robles is in goal, serving as captain.


Head Coach Chris Armas will have Amro Tarek, Andreas Ivan, Omir Fernandez, Cristian Casseres Jr., Michael Amir Murillo and Bradley Wright-Phillips available off the bench. Ryan Meara will serve as the club's backup goalkeeper.


Alex Muyl remains out with a groin injury.


Kickoff is slated for 6 p.m. EST with coverage on MSG, MSG Go, TSN and New York Red Bulls Radio on TuneIn.
