The New York Red Bulls will open the 2016 MLS regular season on Sunday, March 6, at Red Bull Arena at 1:30 p.m. EST. After winning the Supporters’ Shield in 2015, the Red Bulls aim to start the new season with a win when they face off against 2015 Landon Donovan MVP award winner Sebastian Giovinco and Toronto FC.
There will also be a special pregame ceremony to unveil the 2015 Supporters’ Shield banner and the club will also hang a new banner honoring the 2013 Supporters’ Shield winning team.
