HARRISON, N.J. (January 6, 2022) – New York Red Bulls II will kick off its 2022 USL Championship regular-season home schedule against Loudoun United FC on Saturday, March 19, the league announced today.
New York is 4-3-1 all-time against Loudoun and went unbeaten against the club last season (3-0-1).
In addition to the home opener, NYRB II will begin the season on the road with matches against Miami FC on Saturday, March 12 and then Atlanta United 2 on Wednesday, March 16.
New York is 3-2-2 all-time in home openers and 2-2-0 at MSU Soccer Park. The club concluded the 2021 campaign by earning a result in six of its final eight matches, including a 4-1 victory over Loudoun on the final day of the regular season.
