Effective 8/21/2021, and until further notice, masks are required to be worn in all public indoor spaces at Red Bull Arena, regardless of vaccination status. This includes, but is not limited to, Bulls' Corner, Audi Club, and Provident Bank Suite Lounge (unless actively eating or drinking), as well as restrooms and the BULLShop.

While in outdoor areas of the Arena and/or in your seats, masks are not mandatory, but we continue to strongly recommend all fans wear masks while attending matches.

Food and Beverage is encouraged to be consumed in your ticketed seat. Eating and Drinking on the concourse is not permitted.

Only bags under 4”x7” will be permitted into Red Bull Arena. Medical and Baby Bags are an exception but will be subject to an X-Ray search.

No outside food or drink is permitted at this time.

Red Bull Arena is located near the intersection of Cape May Street and Frank E. Rodgers Boulevard in Harrison, New Jersey.


All children two (2) years of age or older will need their own individual ticket. If a child will be in a baby seat carrier though, a ticket is needed for the carrier.

All guests two (2) years of age or under will need to wear a mask at Red Bull Arena when not actively eating or drinking.

Gates will open at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the match for General Admission. We strongly encourage guests to enter the Arena as early as possible to avoid delays. To confirm opening times, contact us.

The Provident Bank Suite Lounge and Audi Club Seat Lounge will typically open one (1) hour prior to the start of the match. Admission to these areas is restricted to premium ticket holders. To confirm opening times, contact us.

All seating in the Arena is reserved for guests with valid tickets for the specific event.

Exit/Reentry to the stadium is prohibited.

All guests entering the Arena are subject to a contactless search. Refusal may be grounds to prohibit admission. For more information, see Search.

Red Bull Arena is a mobile ticket facility. Please download the New York Red Bulls app to access tickets through TicketMaster.


All beverages must be opened and consumed at your ticketed seat. Consuming beverages in the concourse is not permitted.

Guests will not be permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the Arena.

Guests will not be allowed to enter the Arena if they appear to be intoxicated.

Limit of two (2) alcoholic beverages per possession.

By New Jersey State law, alcoholic beverages are not vended in the seating areas.

All guests must provide valid proof of age.

Alcohol sales are shut off at the 65th minute of soccer matches or earlier at management’s discretion.

For other events including concerts and sporting events, Arena management will determine the shut off time on a case by case basis.

Intoxicated and disorderly behavior as well as violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from the Arena without refund and could result in the loss of Red Membership.


Animals, with the exception of service animals, are NOT permitted into the Stadium.


All bathrooms on the concourse have baby changing stations.

The bathrooms by Horizon Gate on the plaza level have baby changing stations.

Bathrooms in the Provident Bank Suite Lounge, Audi Club, and Bulls’ Corner all have baby changing stations.

During Event Days, Lost and Found will be located at the Guest Services window inside of Horizon Gate (backside of Box Office B) on the Plaza Level.

If you see a cleanliness or maintenance issue, please bring it to the attention of any staff member and the proper personnel will be dispatched to handle the issue.

The Bullshop is located in the southwest corner of the 100 Level of the concourse atop Section 106 and 107.

The Red Bulls Street Shop is located on the outside of the West Building next to Box Office A off Pete Higgins Blvd. This is currently being renovated and an open date has not yet been decided

Stands are located on the Concourse Level at Honda Gate (Section 103), Horizon Gate (Section 115), Gate C (Section 122), Gate D (Section 130), Sections 105 (Customization), 123, 126, and 226.

Major League Soccer and each of its Clubs are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable match-day experience for all fans visiting MLS stadiums and facilities. MLS and its Clubs are also deeply committed to fostering an inclusive environment, free of discrimination and harassment. This Fan Code of Conduct addresses conduct that is inconsistent with these goals and detracts from the match-day experience.

The following conduct is prohibited in the Stadium and all parking lots, facilities and areas controlled by the Club or MLS:

Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent in nature, including verbal or physical harassment of match officials, players, staff or fans

Conduct that is illegal

Conduct that results in damage to the venue or other personal property

Displaying signs, symbols, images, using language or making gestures that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation

Displaying signs, symbols or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action

Entering or attempting to enter the field, the field track, the tunnel or any other location other than that permitted by the fan’s ticket or credential

Possession of an unauthorized pyrotechnic device, smoke or firework or other Prohibited Items*

Throwing objects of any kind, including streamers

Failing to follow requests from venue staff regarding stadium operations, policies and emergency response procedures

Declining to promptly return a ball that enters the stands

Irresponsible use or consumption of alcohol or other substances

Making unauthorized transmissions or play-by-play accounts of the match

Any behavior that otherwise targets other fans or interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the game

Any fan who violates any of these provisions may be subject to penalty, including, but not limited to, ejection without refund, loss of ticket privileges for future games and revocation of season tickets. Any fan who (1) conducts themselves in an extremely disruptive or dangerous manner (“Level 1 Offenses”), or (2) commits multiple violations during a 12-month period, may be banned from attending future MLS matches for up to a year or longer. Level 1 Offenses include, but are not limited to, violent behavior, threatening, abusive or discriminatory conduct or language, trespassing or throwing objects onto the field, use or possession of unauthorized pyrotechnics or other dangerous Prohibited Items, or illegal conduct.

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, individuals who violate this Fan Code of Conduct may be required to submit a written request for readmission and participate in an online Fan Code of Conduct Education Class (FCEC) in order to be reinstated.

Please note that MLS and its Clubs reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who has engaged in harassment of match officials, opposing team members, staff or other fans or who have otherwise violated this Code of Conduct using social or digital media or other forms of communication.

Please be attentive to P/A announcements in the facility. In the event of an emergency, instructions for guests will be transmitted over the P/A system and on the video boards.


Parking within the Harrison Public Parking areas ranges between $15 and $30. Parking lots in Newark can charge more. Some lots are cash ONLY.

Umbrellas are allowed in Red Bull Arena, but may not be opened while inside the Arena.

Only bags under 4”x7” will be permitted into Red Bull Arena. Medical and Baby Bags are an exception but will be subject to an X-Ray search.

Flags no bigger than 3’ x 5’ without poles are permitted. Flags must be event related and may not cover any Arena signage. All flags or banners deemed inappropriate by Arena management are subject to removal.

Laptops and tablet devices without bags. All must be powered on during entry.

Small, fold up umbrella strollers are allowed in Red Bull Arena. Fold-up strollers should be stored under your seat. Strollers that cannot fit under your seat will not be permitted. Strollers will be subject to an X-Ray search.

Baby seat carriers are permitted but will require a ticket for the carrier. Baby seat carries will be subject to an X-Ray search.

Teams will enter at midfield from the west side of the Arena between Sections 109 and 110, which is the same side the player benches are located. The Red Bulls player bench will be located in front of Section 109.


No Luggage, Computer Bags, Briefcases, Backpacks, Large Purses, Camera Cases, Coolers of any kind, Thermoses or Ice Chests of any size permitted

No bags larger than 4” x 7” permitted.


Bottles, cans, coolers, containers

Noisemakers, plastic horns, air horns, whistles, drums, musical instruments of any kind

Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs or any similar type item

Pets or animals of any kind with the exception of certified service animals

Selfie sticks, professional camera equipment, tripods, laser pointers, etc.

Water guns, toy/replica type weapons, squirt bottles, soap bubbles, etc.

Beach balls, frisbees, balloons, skateboards, hoverboards, rollerblades, brooms, skates, etc.

Strollers that do not fit under the seats

Prohibited items discovered during inspections at the Arena entrances must either be returned to the owner’s vehicle or discarded. The Arena will not provide a storage area for these items. Unlawful items that are discovered during security inspections are subject to confiscation and the person in possession of those items subject to arrest. Guests arriving by mass transit must take particular caution not to bring any prohibited items, as no exceptions will be made. There are 3 portable restrooms outside of Gate C.

There are 2 restrooms on the Plaza Level inside Horizon Gate.

There are 15 restrooms located on the 100 Level concourse.

There are 4 restrooms located on the 200 Level concourse.

Family/Gender Neutral restrooms are located atop Sections 105 and 126. All restrooms are designed for guests with disabilities.

To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guests will be subject to a contactless screening process through a walkthrough magnetometer upon entry. All bags and vehicles parking on Red Bull Arena property are subject to search. Guests that refuse to be patted down and/or refuse to have their bags or vehicle inspected will not be admitted.




Sensory sacks are available at Guest Services.

The Sensory Room will be closed for COVID-19 restricted matches.



Smoking and E-Cigarettes/Vapor Smoking devices are permitted only on the Plaza Level.


Tailgating is not permitted in the Harrison Public Parking lots.

The Honda Gate Entrance for the Provident Suite Lounge Area and Manager Box Seats Ticket Holders is located at the South End of Red Bull Arena off of Pete Higgins Blvd. Access through this entrance is restricted to premium ticket holders.

Club Seat Ticket Holders should enter through any of the General Admissions Gates (Horizon Gate, Gate B1 or Honda Gate for easiest access) and can access the Audi Club through the concourse level entry located atop Section 109/110.
