In January 2013, the New York Red Bulls announced a groundbreaking partnership with the New Jersey Youth Soccer (NJYS). The partnership makes Red Bulls Academy Grassroots Program the official and exclusive Training and Education partner of NJYS. This extensive partnership helps provide grassroots development outreach programs between the NJYS and the Red Bulls. Through the Red Bulls Youth Programs, the two organizations works together in a number of key development areas, including:

Coach Education
Co-offering licensing and education courses for youth soccer coaches. These specially designed courses have been set up and offered at easily accessible community locations. For more information on licensing courses click here.
ODP Program
New York Red Bulls coaches are involved in the coaching and development of the boys' Olympic Development Program. The most talented players have the opportunity to progress within the New York Red Bulls Player Development System.
TOPSoccer
The New York Red Bulls will continue the growth of their significant community outreach platform by providing youth coaches as special guest trainers in the NJYS TOPSoccer Program. The TOPSoccer Program, which is offered under the umbrella of U.S. Youth Soccer, is designed to allow any child the opportunity to learn and play soccer, specifically those who have special needs.
MLS Games at Red Bull Arena
All members of the NJYSA will be invited to watch a New York Red Bulls First Team game at Red Bull Arena. This is an experience which will provide a unique opportunity for youth soccer players and parents to experience a live match and enjoy Red Bull Arena's special atmosphere on game day.
