RDS Futsal Program

Futsal is a fast-paced indoor version of soccer played on a hard court using a smaller, less bouncy ball than a soccer ball. It places a large emphasis on technical skill in high-pressure situations, which can be translated into the outdoor game. It is a great way to develop skills like quick decision-making, close control, speed, and agility as it demands quick reflexes, fast thinking, and pinpoint passing.
