New Jersey Youth Soccer
In January 2013, the New York Red Bulls announced a groundbreaking partnership with the New Jersey Youth Soccer (NJYS). The partnership makes Red Bulls Academy Grassroots Program the official and exclusive Training and Education partner of NJYS. This extensive partnership helps provide grassroots development outreach programs between the NJYS and the Red Bulls. Through the Red Bulls Youth Programs, the two organizations works together in a number of key development areas, including:
Co-offering licensing and education courses for youth soccer coaches. These specially designed courses have been set up and offered at easily accessible community locations. For more information on licensing courses click here.
New York Red Bulls coaches are involved in the coaching and development of the boys' Olympic Development Program. The most talented players have the opportunity to progress within the New York Red Bulls Player Development System.
The New York Red Bulls will continue the growth of their significant community outreach platform by providing youth coaches as special guest trainers in the NJYS TOPSoccer Program. The TOPSoccer Program, which is offered under the umbrella of U.S. Youth Soccer, is designed to allow any child the opportunity to learn and play soccer, specifically those who have special needs.

|All members of the NJYSA will be invited to watch a New York Red Bulls First Team game at Red Bull Arena. This is an experience which will provide a unique opportunity for youth soccer players and parents to experience a live match and enjoy Red Bull Arena's special atmosphere on game day.|

Westchester Youth Soccer League
In April 2015, the New York Red Bulls and Westchester Youth Soccer League (WYSL) announced a partnership to co-create the Red Bulls - WYSL Select program. The program provides a pathway for WYSL’s most competitive players, ages 9 to 12, into the Red Bulls Academy. WYSL’s more than 55-member clubs have the opportunity to send its best players to train in the WYSL-Red Bulls Select program. The Red Bulls and WYSL work together to provide training and education to all of the league’s youth coaches. All coaches within the league are provided with the opportunity to attend USC coaching courses which are conveniently scheduled in local Westchester communities. The Westchester Youth Soccer League (WYSL) was established in 1977 as a non-profit, educational organization affiliated with U.S. Club Soccer and the U.S. Soccer Federation. The mission of the league is to foster the physical, mental, and emotional character development of youth by providing a safe, organized, fair, and competitive game playing opportunities for our players. WYSL Select - Program Overview
The Red Bulls-WYSL Select program offers soccer players, both boys and girls, an opportunity to receive supplementary training from the New York Red Bulls coaches. Intended solely for competitive and elite travel level soccer players, the advanced curriculum is specially designed to target individual, technical aspects of the game. This program operates year round through weekly training sessions, tournaments, and camps.
- The program is for boys and girls age groups of U8, U9, U10, U11 and U12 only.
- The players must be registered with a Westchester Youth Soccer League (WYSL) member club to participate in this program.
The WYSL Select program is intended to compliment Red Bulls other select player pathways, such as RDS, by offering additional opportunities to be identified for Red Bulls RDS Regional and Academy teams. Participation in WYSL Select grants players pre-qualified status for RDS Residential Camps, but does not qualify players for consideration for the RDS Showcase Tournament Teams.

The Select program includes training sessions, indoor tournaments, and the opportunity to play in a special regional select festival at Red Bulls Training Facility.
The Select program operates on the following annual calendar:
- Fall Season = Nine (9) Ninety (90) minute training sessions
- Winter Season = Two (2) January indoor tournaments (Optional opportunity to train at a Red Bulls winter training program hosted at House of Sports)
- Spring Season = Twelve (12) Ninety (90) minute training sessions plus end of season select festival at Red Bulls Training Facility

Long Island Junior Soccer League
The New York Red Bulls and LIJSL have been player development partners since 2011 and recently announced a new multi-year partnership.
The partnership includes involvement at many levels. The deal allows the Red Bulls exclusive rights as the LIJSL camp provider and Regional Development School (RDS) partner. The relationship between LIJSL and the Red Bulls has provided a pathway for talented players to progress onto Red Bulls Academy teams. During this span, the Long Island RDS has been the most successful RDS region for RDS players graduating to the Academy, with more than 20 players completing the transition. Additionally, through community-based programming, thousands of young players have benefited from attending LIJSL/Red Bulls summer camps.
The Long Island Junior Soccer League is focused on increasing services and programs designed to benefit children and grow the sport of soccer on Long Island. The LIJSL currently serves over 60,000 youth soccer players on 97 clubs and over 3,500 teams (including over 1600 travel teams). The league operates under the banner of the Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association (ENYYSA). ENYYSA is one of 15 National State Associations that are members of Region 1. There are 55 National State Associations and four regions which make up the United States Youth Soccer Association. It is the mission of the league to foster the growth and development of youth through the sport of soccer to individuals under the age of nineteen at all levels of competition. The league shall administer the orderly management of governmental affairs of the game of soccer in the Long Island area.

Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association and Red Bulls Young Olympian Program
The ENYYSA Young Olympians-Red Bulls Program was created through a partnership between Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association (ENYYSA) and the New York Red Bulls. The program provides ENYYSA’s 11 League Affiliate member clubs the opportunity to send its best players to train in the ENYYSA-Red Bulls program. The partnership provides a connection between ENYYSA, which serves more than 100,000 local players, and the New York Red Bull Youth Programs.
The Young Olympians Program, designed specifically for boys and girls born in 2009 and 2010, is the next step for players preparing for the ENY Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program. Players will be selected for the multi-session program after two initial tryout sessions. The Young Olympians program will focus on improving the player's technical ability and tactical awareness while exposing players and parents to a US Youth Soccer and ENYYSA ODP environment.
The program is accessible by tryout only and operates September-November (Fall) as well as April-August (Spring/Summer). Selected players will take part in weekly training sessions in the spring conducted by New York Red Bulls coaching staff. During the summer, players will be invited to participate in exclusive week-long residential camps. The program – located regionally in five locations throughout Long Island, Staten Island, NYC and Hudson Valley – provides an easily accessible training hub for regional players. The program is supplemental, which means players continue with their existing travel teams, while also training with the ENYYSA Young Olympians Program. To be eligible for the program, players must be registered with an ENYYSA member club.

- There is a tryout fee of $35 to ensure all players who register are serious about wanting to participate in the program.
- Players who successfully pass through the tryout process will receive notification if they have been accepted to join the program via email.
- A maximum of 25 players will be selected per age group and gender once tryouts have concluded
- Once a player is accepted into the program, the acceptance is for the full program (Fall-Spring)
- Spring season (April-June) consists of:
- 8 practice sessions*
- 1 end of program event (For select players), usually held at New York Red Bulls 1st Team & Academy Training Facility
- 1 end of season Young Olympians Match Festival held exclusively for the Young Olympians (planned to be held at Fort Totten Park in the final week of each training season – subject to change)
- Residential Camp opportunities at either Golden Goal (ENYYSA Young Olympians select team); The Knox School (Girls Only); The Stony Brook School (boys only) (additional fees apply) and the Summer Young Olympians pre-season training camp (held at the Knox School) open to all Young Olympians (Co-Ed)
- The ENYYSA Young Olympians-Red Bulls program (Fall and Spring) per season costs $295 + cost of uniform
- ENYYSA Young Olympians-Red Bulls training uniform must be purchased in order to participate in the program

In order to maintain sufficient training numbers and coaches per location, changing locations will not be permitted.
The purpose of the Young Olympians Program is to bring high level talent together to prepare them for ODP, while also sending them back to their club teams as better players.
There is a tryout for the Young Olympians Program. We will select approximately 25 players per age group and gender in each location.
While the training sessions are not mandatory, we encourage you to attend as many as you are able to. The fee will not be prorated for missing a training session.
United Soccer Coaches
In January 2013, the New York Red Bulls and United Soccer Coaches (formerly known as the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, or NSCAA) announced an expanded and exclusive partnership. Through this partnership, the Red Bulls are designed as the sole provider of regional United Soccer Coaches courses throughout New York and New Jersey. Both organizations work together to provide easily accessible United Soccer Coaches courses in local communities. On a broader scale, the partnership allows both organizations to collectively work to support coaches at the grassroots level. During each MLS season, various special topics courses are also scheduled at Red Bull Arena, using the New York Red Bulls professional team as an opportunity to connect local coaches to a professional soccer franchise.
